Great location! The hotel is right in front of the BTS station. Easy to go everywhere. Room is clean.

Wifi signal is very bad, it off every 10mins. Shower water temperature is unstable, sometimes very hot but suddenly very cold. When I made the reservation, I requested to pay the bill by cash when I check-in, however, the front desk staff told me that the bill has charged to my credit card which supposed to be use for guarantee only. And they can't cancel that payment until 1 month after the payment date. Which is really strange and piss me off.

The location was fantastic. The staff was courteous and helped store and weigh our luggage after check out.

Paid access to the pool when the Booked.net website misled into believing that we had pool access. Bathroom size to small. Breakfast is a bit overpriced.

Staff are helpful and assist us to call to the tourist point using Thai languages.
